We take client confidentiality very seriously and have strict policies in place to protect our clients' privacy. All personal information and sensitive data are stored securely and only accessed on a need-to-know basis.

Our turnaround time varies depending on the specific task or project. We work efficiently to complete tasks as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We will provide an estimated timeline for each project during the consultation process.

Yes, we can schedule travel and appointments for your personal life aside from your business needs. 

Yes! We offer preset packaging for ease, but we understand every business is different. That is why we offer custom packaging as well. This will accommodate single services all the way up to multiple assistants for 75 hours even if you needed it...we are flexible! Everything is based on current availability in the schedule.

We service across the United States and therefore across time zones. We keep this in mind while holding office hours for reception work. We operate off of appointment times or project deadlines throughout most of the week. The exception to this is Saturday. We do not offer phone office hours on Saturday. We do meet project deadlines and/or email management on Saturdays. Saturday we observe the Sabbath.

We are closed for all major US holidays. We do meet project deadlines and/or email management on holidays, except Christmas Day. 

Yes! You can book multiple assistants at once.

We offer 4, 6, 8 or 12 month contracts on monthly packaging rates.

We offer a month to month option at a separate rate. These are custom packages. You can discuss this in your free consultation. 

We offer one time hourly rates for short term projects and one time project pricing.
